Orders:
Please
use our 800 number for your convenience. To help us
take your order quickly and accurately, give your
N.C. Tool account number, the item number, and a
brief description of the product you wish to
receive. All orders placed before noon are shipped
the same day your call is received.
Shipping:
All
freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
UPS, or most economical way that serves your area
will be used.
Payment:
VISA,
MasterCard American Express or Discover.
All other orders are shipped COD, Certified Check,
or Money Order unless satisfactory credit
arrangements have been made with N.C.Tool Co., Inc.
We encourage you to
set up a numbered account with us or use your credit
card to avoid the $9.00 COD charge. Please have your
card ready when placing orders.
Handling:
The high
cost of packaging for shipment has made it necessary
for a $4.00 handling charge on orders under $25.00.
Back Orders:
From
time to time due to late shipment from our suppliers
or for whatever reason we are unable to fill your
order, we place the item on back order and ship as
soon as possible unless we are notified to cancel.
Restocking Fee:
There
will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
Net 30:
All Net
30 accounts will be subject to a 1-1/2% finance
charge for any invoice over 45 days.
Return Check Fee:
There
will be a $25.00 charge for all insufficient finds
checks returned to us.
