The Chapman Hospital Kit contains all the pieces necessary to make a very comfortable frog supporting device. Sold as a complete kit for one foot only, not as a pair.
Contains one special Lite Champion style shoe that is drilled and tapped, a .125″ thick aluminum pad, copper rivets, hex screws and two molded frog supports in .250″ and .375″ height.
