Terms of Sale:

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders:

Please use our 800 number for your convenience. To help us take your order quickly and accurately, give your N.C. Tool account number, the item number, and a brief description of the product you wish to receive. All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day your call is received.

Shipping:

All freight charges will be added to your invoice.  UPS or most economical way that serves your area will be used.  UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please remember PO Box orders are limited to small items.
Delivery Method and Timing
Orders placed by noon, eastern time are shipped same day.
Otherwise, shipped next day. We ship by UPS or US Postal Service.
Delivery time is based on location but normally between 1-5 business days.

Handling:

The high cost of packaging for shipment has made it necessary for a $5.00 handling charge on orders under $25.00.

Payment:

VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. All other orders are shipped COD, Certified Check, or Money Order unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with N.C.Tool Co., Inc. We encourange you to use your credit card to avoid the $18.00 UPS COD charge. Please have your card ready when placing orders.

Back Orders:

From time to time due to late shipment from our suppliers or for whatever reason we are unable to fill your order, we place the item on back order and ship as soon as possible unless we are notified to cancel.

Returns/Refund Policy and Restocking Fee:

You will have 90 days from the date of purchase to return an item. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

Net 30:

All Net 30 accounts will be subject to a 1-1/2% finance charge for any invoice over 45 days.

Return Check Fee:

There will be a $25.00 charge for all insufficient funds checks returned to us.
