Kera-Prep strengthens the horny structure and sole of the horse’s hoof at the molecular level by using cross-linking technology. Cross-linking technology tightens the molecular structure of the foot, helping it to be water-resistant. When a hoof becomes overly hydrated it loses it’s elasticity and shock absorption ability. Kera-Prep is the ideal first step in hoof protection and should be followed by an application of Kevlar Tuff Hoof Guard.

This product has been specially formulated to work with Kevlar Tuff Hoof Guard Sealant.
